日本人製酒有過千年歷史，雖然基本技術是由中國傳入，但歷經多年苦心鑽研後，現在日本人釀製清酒的精準、細緻、和耐心，已成為佳話。在7月18日東岸時間兩點鐘開始的網上日本酒分享會，將會跟大家暢談日本酒的製作過程，當中十分多有趣之處，也會讓大家認識日本酒的種類，談談如何閱讀酒樽的標籤，怎樣品酒，以及日本酒跟食物配搭；讓大家好好享受品酒帶來的愜意時光。
