日本清酒的基本認識
慣飲葡萄酒的朋友，有部份人說，不愛日本酒的米香。然而，嚐過能釋放出果香、花香的日本清酒之後，就會驚覺原來日本酒也能帶有葡萄酒的感覺！這麼神奇又口感豐富的日本佳釀，是否想認識一下呢？
日本人製酒有過千年歷史，雖然基本技術是由中國傳入，但歷經多年苦心鑽研後，現在日本人釀製清酒的精準、細緻、和耐心，已成為佳話。在7月18日東岸時間兩點鐘開始的網上日本酒分享會，將會跟大家暢談日本酒的製作過程，當中十分多有趣之處，也會讓大家認識日本酒的種類，談談如何閱讀酒樽的標籤，怎樣品酒，以及日本酒跟食物配搭；讓大家好好享受品酒帶來的愜意時光。
講師顏智明小姐，於2017年在多倫多修讀了WSET英國葡萄酒暨烈酒教育基金會的國際清酒認證課程，並且考獲當時最高級別的WSET Level 3 Award in Sake證書。她在品酒考試(盲品)獲得Pass with Distinction (優異)，而理論考試則獲Pass with Merit (良好)；以總成績Pass with Merit (良好)取得證書。我們很榮幸能邀請顏小姐作為清酒的講師，請大家預留時間，在本週日參加我們的講座。我們更鼓勵會員們將這個電郵和註冊連結轉發给朋友及家人，讓更多的人可以一起來學習日本的清酒的有趣之處。
